    Dr Robin Brown

    University Position
    Clinical Lecturer
Dr Robin Brown is pleased to consider applications from prospective PhD students.

    Interests

I am a Stroke Association Clinical Lecturer and a Specialist Registrar in Neurology, Stroke and Internal Medicine. My research investigates the role of altered blood-brain barrier permeability and inflammation both systemically and in the brain itself to understand the pathophysiology involved in cerebral small vessel disease, a common cause of both stroke and vascular dementia.
